MICHAEL SCHUSTER has been teaching wine tasting at levels across the board, from Beginners who simply love wine and want to find out more about it, to Master of Wine Students aiming to pass their Blind Tasting exam, for over 30 years. His book ESSENTIAL WINETASTING (Mitchell Beazley) is regarded by many as THE text on the subject, and has just been published in a new edition. Michael runs his courses with his wife, Monika, a Cordon Bleu trained chef, and they are informative but informal, with questions encouraged at every stage.
The evenings range from his Beginners Course, and Fine Wine Course, to Individual Fine Wine Evenings, and the MW Blind Tasting long weekend.
