The Now Project is a collective of like minded people working together and supporting each other to enable real change in our shared experience of this world and of the world around us. Through mindfulness and meditation each of team has found a peace and well-being they never imagined possible. Mindfulness has given them relief from their our own mental, emotional, and physical suffering and they share a heart felt desire to spread mindfulness into the world and ease the suffering of others.

Founded in 2010, The Now Project has more than 5000 happy customers, many of whom come back again and again. But The Now Project is much more than just a mindfulness school , they have a growing mindful community of people who live mindfully, they support each other and  share and ideas to help deepen and maintain their mindfulness  practice

The Now Project run mindfulness course for beginners and classes for the more advanced.  Classes are held in Central London at The Hale Clinic  near regent's park and Raindance near  Charing Cross and they run regular  weekend retreats at their base in Suffolk and elsewhere.

The Now Project has an active chat room which is a great place for help and  support in deepening your Mindfulness practice . The website has hundreds of pages of Mindfulness tip, teaching video's , downloadable meditations and much much more. They even have a mindfulness radio show broadcast live weekly to more than 60,000 listeners.
