Louise comes to our office on a Wednesday morning for a restorative yoga and meditation class. It's the highlight of my week, and perfect for a mid-week intention and refocus.
Before Louise, I had never done yoga and only dabbled in Headspace. The difference in meditating in a group, rather than online, is huge! I have found that when using an app I break concentration much easier and give up. The yoga also is slow, easy and meditative. Perfect for beginners. Louise brings these beautiful scented sprays and balms for your temples which make any space into a calming one. It's a nice touch that I haven't come across in other yoga and meditaton classes.
Louise is really accommodating, with just the right does of 'yogi'. Everyone adores her, and we look forward to the class every week!
