His clients appreciate my down-to-earth and approachable nature, and the way that he is able to communicate abstract concepts in a simple and practical way. Utilising tried and tested techniques from ancient practices, he take a no-nonsense approach to mindfulness & meditation because- let’s be honest- life is complicated enough!
