Great beginners class. It was a one to one teacher/student ratio. They were able to provide a vegetarian option. Added bonus was the history aspect and being able to buy all the ingredients from the shop afterwards.

Always like Japanese Katsu Curry. Great to learn how to make it in traditional way. The teacher knows how to adapt tastes to different people.
The shop sells all ingredients so we bought it and made at home the next week.
The teacher is friendly and kind. And now I can cook Kung Pao Chicken in my house during this class. Very useful cooking class.
