Axel is a trained amateur chef (Leiths School of Food & Wine) and has spent time in a michelin starred kitchen and exposed to the creations of a pastry master artisan in France.
Over and above all, he has a real passion and love for food that he likes to share with guests and help them improve their level of everyday cooking or occasional hosting.
From the age of 11, he's learnt to cook and bring people together around nice heart-warming dishes. However, cooking is as much about passion and heart that it is about technique.
This experience is about sharing his knowledge and love of food.
