2.5 hour course
Participants will develop insight into their emotions, thoughts and sensations, becoming less caught up in habitual response patterns. Simple techniques like sitting meditation and gentle movement help us to become more focused, aware, relaxed and present.

About your host, Being Mindful
Based in South London, Being Mindful teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Clapham, Balham and Borough. Their courses are varied and range from 8 week courses to one-off mindfulness classes.
Being Mindful ensure that these classes are only taught by highly experienced mindfulness teachers that have trained thousands of Londoners on the gold-standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT). The Being Mindful teachers Tessa Watt and Debbie Johnson each have over 25 years of personal mindfulness practice and have been teaching full-time since 2009. Being Mindful ensures that they teachers have the supportive environment they need to ensure you can learn lifelong skills that help reduce stress and anxiety.
This 8-week course consists of weekly 2-hour sessions. All-day retreat included - Saturday 25th Nov (10:30am-4:30pm).
