Each class will be teaching a new dish. The class is very hands on so everyone will get a chance to create something fun and delicious.
In this class
Holiday cooking for cool kids is all about getting the kids together to start learning about cooking and how to navigate their way around a kitchen. And its also a great way for the kids to get to know each other and have a great time.
The classes will enthuse, entertain and engage any child and by the end of all of this they will be dropping some sweet cooking skills you didn't know they could have. By the end of the day we like to see our students tired but uber happy!
A friendly, fun expert chef will be on hand to demonstrate and walk your kids through loads of tips for first timer cooks.
Now you can
We will send your children home feeling tired and with bellies full of the dishes they have created - they may even bring something home for you to try.
Jamie Oliver started cooking at a very young age in his parents pub in Essex. Standing on a milk crate to prepare meals, it was there that his taste for cooking developed into a passion for all things food. He left school to study at Westminster Catering College at the age of 16. He worked in both France and London to advance his craft until he landed the job of a lifetime at the famous River Cafe. It was here that Jamie was 'discovered' and the rest is history. Do you know the next Jamie Oliver?

The Avenue Cookery School is a family-run leaning business based in Wandsworth in South West London. The owner and head chef Diana began her career as a chalet chef before discovering her entrepreneurial side and founding a number of specialist food ventures. Infamously, Diana taught at The Grange Cookery School in Somerset for 7 years before starting The Avenue, where she has been ever since.
Diana is supported by her son Richard and daughter Sophie.
The food at The Avenue can be considered classic chic but full of fun twists and turns (ranging from macaroon masterclasses to gluten free baking to simple supper classes). All the classes are taught in the school's beautiful kitchen facilities in a relaxed environment.
Any class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase. See cancellation policy.
