Dance Technique is one of our most important classes on the Timetable. Starting with an athletic warm-up leading into a full-body stretch, this class is a total body workout, moving into the centre we work on our balance, core then finishing with feet, kicks, leaps and turns. This class will help you finally master your splits and much more.
It is an essential class for anyone willing to excel in dancing and learning choreography quickly. It is highly recommended to all our students to book one and a must for our competing team members.
