Age and ability are not concerns here! We teach the Beginner Ballet basics in a caring and careful way and have done so since 2004. This includes posture and alignment, musicality, basic positions of the arms and feet, series of exercises at the ballet barre such as plié, tendu, glissés, rond de jambe, développé, grand battements.
