Experience ballet as a workout, live on Zoom. Class duration is 75 minutes for group classes and 60 minutes for private classes. Various levels of fitness welcome, including beginners.

This class is well suited to individuals who desire to improve their fitness, as well as those looking to challenge themselves, if a good level of fitness has already been attained.

Ballerina Workout is a ballet-based, fitness class for women.

Bookings are available on a pay as you go basis, for both group and private classes, which take place online. Group classes are on Wednesday evenings. Slots for private classes are on Monday mornings, afternoons and evenings.

I had such a wonderful experience! Kachaan is an amazing instructor. She completely tailored the class to my body and prior dance experience. The ballet movements in the workout were challenging yet rewarding. It had been a number of years since I have taken any ballet/dance classes and this was a refreshing reminder of how much I love dance! I would recommend this class to anyone at any level.

Extremely experienced teacher with clear instructions and carefully monitors your moves and guides you through the class gently. It felt so good to stretch and try something new.

It’s a great workout for any level. The teacher is very attentive and helps you with any adjustments to suit your body. There’s no cardio involved it’s all floor work but you do really work up a sweat. I haven’t done any dance for a number of years so it was nice to try this out, definitely recommend.

This was my first time taking the class which was great fun.The ballet exercises really worked core muscles, which was rewarding and a great teacher too would recommend class.
