Experience ballet as a workout, live on Zoom. Class duration is one hour & fifteen minutes for group classes and one hour for private classes. Various levels of fitness welcome, including beginners.
This class is well suited to individuals who desire to improve their fitness, as well as those looking to challenge themselves, if a good level of fitness has already been attained.
If you would like a taste of ballet in your lifestyle, or are already engaged in this wonderful art form, this class gives you the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from authentic ballet, through fitness.
Ballerina Workout is a ballet-based, fitness class for women.
Bookings are available on a pay as you go basis, for both group and private classes, which take place online. Group classes are on Wednesday evenings and slots for private classes are on Friday mornings/afternoons.
