This two-hour workshop in London Bridge will have you making and decorating your own lampshade to take home.

    In this class

In this workshop you will create your own bespoke and unique lampshade using professional techniques.

You will learn all the tips and tricks of the trade from our expert interiors textile designer who will be your tutor for the day and learn how to beautifully construct a lampshade from scratch to be either hung from a ceiling or attached to a lamp base.

This workshop is perfect if you have a vintage lamp base that you want to breathe new life into or just add a personal touch to a room or match your existing décor.

We will provide all materials from the wire base and drum as well as some plain fabric ready for printing. However, If you have a particular patterned / fabric you want to print over then feel free to bring in your own fabric - let us know in advance so we can give you the measurements.

    Now you can

    • Assemble the drum wire correctly
    • Learn the difference between the different materials that can be used
    • Learn to create a small candle lampshade to wow at your next dinner party

You will leave the workshop with your own handmade lampshade and the knowledge to make more at home.
