Sabrina grew up in Umbertide, a town nestled in Umbria, the green heart of Italy. But her roots comes from a Tuscan father and a Sicilian mother of whom she is very proud. Her greatest desire has always been to travel and to meet new and interesting people from different cultures. This has taken her to many different places from which she has absorbed the cuisines, scents and flavours, creating in her a profound passion for good food, and recently this has led her to transfer her base to London. Her cuisine is versatile, creative and tasty, as well as tied to tradition and to her roots. She is truly passionate about using local, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality and preparing and cooking them with the greatest possible care and attention. Now that she is based in London, she sources her products in farmers' markets and specialist Italian suppliers. She is always looking for new and exciting challenges to prove herself and to grow both in her personal life and in her work. The path that she has decided to follow is a fusion of her passions and she wants to pursue it in the best possible way.
