Go Mindfully

Go Mindfully was established by Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher and Jaya Rudgard in 2010 in London, to offer a range of creative ways for individuals and groups to explore Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion. Our approach is warm, accessible and personal. We believe in sharing mindfulness as a way of being, and a way of living heartfully present to ourselves and others, which we know to be a fulfilling lifelong journey. Zoe is the director of Go Mindfully, delivering workshops, courses, retreats and counselling within the public and private sector whilst Jaya is now mostly focussing on her international Insight Meditation teaching and joins graduate events and retreats as a guest teacher whenever possible.

Zoe is a graduate of the Teacher Training Pathway at Bangor University and is certified to teach MBSR. She is also a Trained Teacher with the Center for MSC. All teaching is in in accordance with the Good Practice Guidance for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses published by the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Trainers mindfulnessteachersuk.org.uk

Our 8 week Mindfulness or Mindful Self-Compassion courses are open to all, and will introduce you to an approach that reduces stress, is clinically proven to reduce depressive relapse, helps you manage chronic pain and will support you in finding more peace at work, at home and in your relationships. Whatever the issue that brings you to mindfulness, we are experts in mindfulness for a lifetime, not just a one off quick fix.

Our range of courses are designed to meet the needs of beginners as well as experienced practitioners of mindfulness meditation. We offer an on going community for graduates, so that once the course is over you can continue to be supported and encouraged by others – whether at monthly Top Ups, other courses or residential retreats. The strength of our graduate community represents the value and accessibility of our approach.
