A psychology graduate from Westminster, Emma Mills is a UK based, leading meditation teacher, wellness expert and the creator of the popular wellbeing blog, Emma Mills London.
Her latest book 'Inhale, Exhale, Repeat', published by Penguin Random House, is a revolutionary meditation guidebook designed to walk you, step-by-step, through the course of a single mindful day.
She is the meditation expert on the board at luxury brand Neom Organics, and her work is regularly featured in The Telegraph, Womens Health, Psychologies, Red Magazine and City AM.
While Emma is mostly known for her natural and down to earth approach to meditation, she is also hugely passionate about the wellbeing benefits of literature and poetry. She began studying psychology in 2004, and between 2009 and 2014 Emma was the director of literature for bibliotherapy at the organisation MIND. Together they won several awards for the teams work with literature, including a 50k Quality In Innovation fund for NHS therapy service provision.
This year Emma has been working with design and wellness teams such as The Flower Council Of Holland, Neom Organics and Stella McCartney, literary brands such as Lonely Planet and The Idler, and nonprofit organisations Amnesty International and SAFFA.
The fruit of these collaborations includes meditation infused spa treatments, the new Lonely Planet wellness guide and delivering literary-inspired meditation training for professionals.
