Based in South London, Being Mindful teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Clapham, Balham and Borough. Their courses are varied and range from 8 week courses to one-off mindfulness classes.

Being Mindful ensure that these classes are only taught by highly experienced mindfulness teachers that have trained thousands of Londoners on the gold-standard 8-week mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT). The Being Mindful teachers Tessa Watt and Debbie Johnson each have over 25 years of personal mindfulness practice and have been teaching full-time since 2009. Being Mindful ensures that they teachers have the supportive environment they need to ensure you can learn lifelong skills that help reduce stress and anxiety.
