Nidhi has had a cultured upbringing. Having been from an armed forces family, she had the good fortune of relishing flavours across different parts of India. She moved to the UK and before long her kitchen was buzzing with a variety of spices and flavours, planning healthy and flavoursome Indian food for her family, her friends and eventually friends of friends who heard about her cooking.
