Welcome to this wonderful Budding Artists young painting and drawing class – for all your little Matisses, Van Goghs, and Picassos out there. This is a perfect after school class for your child to explore their creativity!
Young finger painter, Aelita Andre, was 3 when she first started to discover her interesting talent. 2 years later, she had made £100,000 and was officially the youngest artist in the world. Since them she’s had two New York exhibitions, the second one making her $40,000 in one day!
The children will produce artwork under the patient guidance of Jo Sharpe, learning to take inspiration from the great masters of art. The kids will also experiment with various media, to aquainte them with a variety of different creative outlets – if you’re child has a hidden creative talent, Jo will find it! The projects will often be related to seasonal events .
Jo is a very gifted artist with plenty of teaching experience and dealing with young children – they’re in good hands!

After having her two children Jo was keen to work in education and worked as an Art and Textiles Technician, before training to be a Design and Technology Teacher at Goldsmiths College. Jo has now spent over seven years working in Art and DT departments of schools in outer London. Jo loves nothing more than seeing happy kids, able to develop their creative, practical skills and hobbies!
