In May 2016, Switzerland’s Brigitta Bonino claimed the record for ‘the largest display of cheese varieties’, displaying 590 different cheeses. Fortunately, we don’t expect you to try that many types during the Cheese on the Menu event!
Created and hosted by Buchanan’s founder Rhuaridh, this event is a three-course supper with perfectly timed cheese courses displaying the basics of serving a variety of cheeses to compliment a meal or occasion. The evening promises, fun, a range of flavours and the opportunity to relax as you take in the information presented to you throughout the meal.
The evening is based around dining and a three-course meal with cheese and wine is provided.
