Students of this 2 day course will start to gain a detailed understanding of the link between UX and strategy focusing on user experience and how to make devices and services useful and usable for a variety of people. This an intense and practical workshop in which key decision makers will learn the benefits of applying UX effectively and how it can reduce costs, minimise risk and increase revenue. Students will be introduced to concepts such as experienced thinking and understand some of the most common techniques in UX design. Through this training you will learn how to reduce the development lifecycle by implementing ISO standards, creating roadmaps for experience thinking, how good insights into user experience is important for keeping your competitors at bay and understanding some of the most common techniques in user experience. You will also get to participate in several practical exercises throughout the training to really put your skills to the test.
