Three session course
Product Management is a three day course designed to enhance your skills, develop your experience and increase your knowledge. The course will focus on the lifecycle of a product looking at the tools, techniques and skills you need to manage the process. Students will explore the qualities and characteristics of a successful product manager, the importance of the concept phase exploring issues such as the size of the market, needs and segmentation, how to manage an effective business case, undertaking competitor analysis and evaluating pricing, requirements, risk assessments and prioritisation of features and finally the purpose of the product manager throughout the process. The course will also cover the steps you need to launch the product, understanding and addressing the competition and how to end the life of a product professionally and with minimal risk. Through each module in the training you will learn practical skills which you can fully implement when you return to your workplace.
