2.5 hour workshop
In this workshop you will learn to make prints in the darkroom from your negatives. We’ll teach you the entire process from mixing chemistry to good darkroom practice and how to get the most from your images. You will have a full introduction to the processes under the guidance of one of our specialists and we’re ready to answer all you questions. So just bring you developed film and we’ll teach you the rest!

– Types of paper, resin and fibre
– Enlarger use
– Making test strips
– Making your own prints

You just need to bring your developed back & white, 35mm or 120mm film.
Bright Rooms is an open access darkroom, offering analogue photography courses based in Peckham at the Peckham Levels. Further to the darkroom we have a program of events, exhibitions, talks, workshops and educational outreach. Bright Rooms is run by practicing photographers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Our workshops allow you to experience analogue photography for the very first time, learn to develop you darkroom knowledge or take your photography to the next level with one of our Artist Series classes.
