What happens in this class?

In this three hour beginners yoga workshop, we will learn step-by-step some of the basic yoga poses with a focus on safe alignment and physical awareness. Including simple breathing techniques and guided meditation, you’ll be provided with all the tools you need to feel confident to join group classes and start your journey with Yoga.

Yoga has numerous benefits some of which are: building up strength and flexibility, improving posture and alleviating fatigue, quieting the mind in the busy lives we’re living nowadays and developing our ability to manage stress.
