Yin yoga is unlike all forms of dynamic yoga. It is slow, the poses are held between 3-5 minutes. You work deeply into tight muscles and areas that are restricted and blocked. Yin creates such a significant shift in both the mind and the body that you will finish the class feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
The postures are not tiering but they are challenging as you will feel a lot! This is where the deep opening happens.
