Well Pregnant is an opportunity to treat yourself to some serious self-care. You'll learn practical ways to support your health and wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond. From nutrition, to movement and mindset; you'll leave feeling calm, energised and armed with tools to keep you centred, nourished and resilient as you transition into motherhood.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in for the yoga session. Yoga mats will be provided. The retreat will start promptly at 10am.
Jodie is an East-London based nutritional therapist.
Her passion is supporting women to feel their healthiest, most resilient and well balanced through tailor made, realistic changes to diet and lifestyle. Jodie has a particular interest in women's hormonal balance, pre-conception, pregnancy, post-natal health and menopause.
Jodie works holistically to provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans, supporting clients with a range of health conditions and goals. Her talks and workshops are informal and welcoming, aiming to educate and inspire. Guests leave empowered with the knowledge and practical tools to help them feel better.
