These classes provide expert teaching and guidance through a strong but accessible vinyasa flow sequence. The classes will include breathing work at the beginning, around 45 minutes of movement and opening up the body, then a 5-7 minute relaxation at the end. You may find the class challenging but it will be incredibly energising and by the end of the session, you will feel deeply connected to your body - lighter, fresher and more open!
