Would you like to improve your posture, build strength and flexibility? Or are you lacking in energy, feeling stressed, or struggling to switch off and fall asleep? If so a regular yoga practice could drastically change the way you feel!!

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practising for a while, you are welcome to come and join our open level class!

This is a one hour hatha yoga class - strong and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility and to improve posture followed by an extended relaxation/ guided meditation to calm and still the mind.

Please bring a mat or let Sofia know in advance if you'll need a mat. All other props and equipment will be provided.
