This 90-minute workshop will provide participants with an in-depth guide to how to turn vulnerabilities into strengths using the power of the mind. Practised Astrophysicist and Zenways Advanced Mindfulness and Meditation teacher Mark Westmequotte will guide students through harnessing, understanding and and utilising learning to be more productive and in control in their daily lives.
