What happens in this class?

The 8 week Mindfulness or Mindful Self-Compassion courses are open to all, and will introduce you to an approach that reduces stress, is clinically proven to reduce depressive relapse and helps you manage chronic pain. It will also help you find more peace at work, at home and in your relationships. The overall effect is to produce a new mindset which is more positive, productive and at ease with the strains and stresses of daily life.
