What happens in this class?

This class offers the chance to practice a bodyscan, sitting meditation, walking meditation. As well as this, it will include time to explore a practice theme together.

Practicing mindfulness, we train our attention so that we become more aware and awake in our lives. This allows us to relate skillfully to thoughts and emotions and live with more peace, calm and ease.

This class happens every Monday, full instruction will be given for beginners, yet each week the class will be looking at a different aspect of mindfulness.

Karim's mindfulness classes in Shoreditch are an oasis of calm away from the hustle of the city. Karim is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable with a warm and compassionate attitude. I always come away from the class feeling much more calm and relaxed and i am starting to notice the benefits of mindfulness practice in my daily life.
