This class offers the chance to practice a bodyscan, sitting meditation, walking meditation. As well as this, it will include time to explore a practice theme together.
Practicing mindfulness, we train our attention so that we become more aware and awake in our lives. This allows us to relate skillfully to thoughts and emotions and live with more peace, calm and ease.
This class happens every Monday, full instruction will be given for beginners, yet each week the class will be looking at a different aspect of mindfulness.
