Your Teacher

At the London Buddhist Centre we teach meditation and Buddhism in a way that is relevant to contemporary life. Most of our classes take place at the centre in Bethnal Green, but we also run meditation courses in Central London, and regular retreats at our retreat centre Vajrasana. You can learn to meditate at one of our drop-in meditation classes, by attending a meditation course or by going on retreat.
