In this cooking class you will become a pro ”Ravioli Maker”! Ravioli is big in flavour and super rustic - the perfect pasta to wow guests with! You will learn how to make egg pasta from scratch, make a delicious filling and become a pro at rolling ravioli.
At the end of the evening we will try each other's creations and share thoughts and comments about the dishes. Discover your inner chef and be ready to cook for friends and family after you have learned how easy and satisfying it is to make your own pasta at home.

About your host, Throwback Pasta
Food has always played an important role in Mattia's life. He learned the secret of the traditional Tuscan cuisine whilst watching his grandparents preparing food in the same way their parents taught them.
Mattia was hosting a dinner party when he decided to show his friends how easy it is to make pasta at home. They found the recipe really original and so delicious that they suggested he should start teaching people how to make pasta - and that is how Throwback Pasta was born!
Please note: drinks can be purchased at the pub and consumed during the workshop. Please be aware that gluten and dairy products are used throughout the workshop. Feel free to bring your own apron!
