Making pasta from scratch is a family tradition in which I've been involved since I was a child. In this class you will learn to prepare the pasta dough and choose the right ingredients for the best results. I will also teach you to make sauces and fillings for mouth watering pasta dishes. At the end of the workshop we will all be eating the pasta we've made in class.
