What happens in this class?

After a welcoming glass of prosecco, our Mastro Pastaio will give an introduction on the ingredients used to make the pasta dough and give a demo on how to make it.

Once the pasta dough is made, it will be distributed to the class and everyone will have a go at making Gnocchi and Tagliatelle, under the chef advices and tips on how to get them right and pair them with the best sauces depending on their shapes/characteristics.
