Join an exciting spice filled class using fresh and fragrant ingredients such as curry leaves, mustard seeds, coconut and tamarind to create a South Indian inspired vegetarian feast from start to finish. Example class menu dishes include deep fried crispy savoury vada doughnuts, spicy chunky sambar dal, fragrant basmati rice & fresh coconut chutney. (Suitable for vegans). A class not to be missed! Dinner included. At the end of the class, all dishes are served up in our dining room where you can enjoy your meal, along with a glass of wine.
