    If only we could all enjoy endless summers on Spanish coasts, with our toes in the sand, sangria in hands, and a steaming bowl of paella in front of us. Well, one out of three ain't bad at least - come learn how to cook seafood paella in this South-West London cooking class welcoming students of all levels.

    In this class

    Over three hours, you'll master a variety of kitchen techniques for cooking paella, such as meal prep, knife skills, cooking seafood and perfecting rice. You'll also learn how to make a popular Spanish tapas dish - tuna stuffed eggs.

    At the end, you'll have the chance to sit down and share a meal with your new friends, served up with a glass or two of beer... yummy!

    Did you know?

    Traditionally, paella is served family-style from a huge pan in the centre of the table, not with individual bowls or plates. Guests are meant to start at the perimetre of the paella and slowly (or quickly!) eat their way through to the centre
