    If you're a paella lover, it's probably about time you learned what alternatives to the traditional paella are out there - like this amazing pork rib variety. Suitable for students of all levels, this central London cooking class promises to be eye-opening and mouth-watering.

    In this class

    In this class you will learn to make a traditional paella rice from Murcia region at South East of Spain - however, unlike traditional valencia paella, this dish is prepared with pork ribs and vegetables.

    Also, the dish will use fresh peppers, an ingredient, which is forbidden to use in Paella Valenciana and which generates many funny discussions in the world of Paella.

    You'll get to enjoy a drink and a tapas at the beginning of class, watch a live chef demo, and sit down to enjoy your home-made paella at the end with a glass or two of beer... yummy!
