This three-week course will introduce you to a variety of dishes with a carefully designed menu, ensuring that you build on the learning from previous classes.
These classes are fun, interactive, very hands-on and appeal to culinary beginners as well as serious food enthusiasts. Not only will you master some delicious Indian recipes perfected through generations, you'll learn how to use spices confidently.
All materials and recipe sheets are included along with aprons and notebooks to use on the day.
At the end of each class, students are welcome to share the meal together. Alternatively, you are can take your food away to share with loved ones at home

Meri Rasoi brings you into its kitchen for some Indian cooking using simple and traditional techniques.
Nidhi of ‘Meri Rasoi’ will teach you to cook authentic, healthy, delicious Indian food using simple and traditional techniques that are used every day in Indian kitchens. 'Rasoi' is a traditional Indian kitchen where simple but delicious food is cooked using recipes handed down and perfected through generations.
Nidhi’s classes are fun, interactive and open to complete beginners as well as serious food enthuiasts and will give you an opportunity to learn not only how to cook delicious home cooked Indian food but also to use spices confidently.
Classes take place at Nidhi’s beautifully kept home in Raynes Park where you cook as a group for approximately 3 hours. At the end of each class you can choose to eat together or take the food away with you. All materials and recipe sheets are included along with aprons and notebooks to use on the day.
Private classes and weekend timings are available on request.
