This half term we are off to Greece!
In this full day school holiday class you will make a variety of classic Greek dishes. We start by shaping and baking some Koulouri Thessalonikis, Greek bread rings.
We can't 'go to Greece' without eating gyros, so we will make a simple gyros dough and fillings to be eaten fro lunch.
After lunch it's moussaka to take home to share with the family (you can choose aubergines and/or potatoes for the layers).
We should also be able to find time to make a little sweet treat for dessert.
