    Learn how to combine homely Italian cuisine with healthy gluten free living. Whether you are a first-timer, or a gluten free pasta making expert, this class is for everyone! Go through the recipes, try them out in the Avenue's fabulous kitchen and then eat your efforts. Delicious...

    And if you cannot find a friend to join you, do not worry! You will be joined by some fellow Obby lovers who will make you feel right at home.

    No need to bring anything but your fabulous self. Your lovely chef Ceri, a certified natural chef, will bring everything you need and guide you through these great recipes.

    In this class

    What a great way to spend an afternoon with like-minded gluten free pasta lovers. You will learn and then eat the following dishes:

    • Gluten free gnocchi;
    • Gluten free gnudi (a type of naked ravioli);
    • A delicious herby sauce to accompany;
    • And on top of it all, gluten free farinata (a fabulous Ligurian flatbread made from chickpea flour).

    Now you can

    • Enjoy pasta even if you cannot enjoy gluten;

    Did you know?

    Gnocchi is such a funny word; even stranger though is the Italian dish of gnocchi and tomato sauce known as strangolapreti. Literally translates as priest stranglers ! A local priest loved this dish so much that he ate it too fast and choked. Let that be a lesson to us all

    About your host, The Avenue Cookery School

    The Avenue Cookery School is a family-run leaning business based in Wandsworth in South West London. The owner and head chef Diana began her career as a chalet chef before discovering her entrepreneurial side and founding a number of specialist food ventures. Infamously, Diana taught at The Grange Cookery School in Somerset for 7 years before starting The Avenue, where she has been ever since.

    Diana is supported by her son Richard and daughter Sophie.

    The food at The Avenue can be considered classic chic but full of fun twists and turns (ranging from macaroon masterclasses to gluten free baking to simple supper classes). All the classes are taught in the school's beautiful kitchen facilities in a relaxed environment.
