What happens in this class?

A complete beginner or a bit of a bread expert, you will spend the day mixing, kneading and shaping a festive bread ring, a mini panettone and shaped dinner rolls. As it will be difficult to resist eating these before Christmas, you will also help your family to put together your own bread kit so that you can reproduce the recipes at home.

Using high-quality ingredients and organic flour you will soon be impressing your guests and family. Refreshments and light lunch included.

Booked on the Christmas Bread making course as a birthday present. Have visited several courses previously and although enjoyed found them to be a bit formal. This course was different in that it was excellent in every way. Pam the instructor provided all the coaching and positive support needed. Nothing seemed to much bother for explanation or teaching. We made three breads Panettone, Tear and Share and a Cinnamon Star. We also had time to practice some dough shaping designs. When I said had some time it was a 5 hour course which flew by although we did not feel rushed to complete the end results. Thank you to Pam and Phil for providing such a great day and of course the tools, material and resulting breads we have enjoyed. One of those things you find that you want to tell others about and encourage to visit. Would highly recommend this and other courses. Enjoy.
