If you are either a beginner or an experienced baker, the afternoon tea bakes are something you cannot miss! In this 3 hours session, we will make together three recipes and I will teach you three different techniques that you can use in several occasions, baking in the comfort of your home.
What you will make:
We will be baking some traditional English scones
We will continue with a Victoria Sponge cake, filled with jam and double cream.
We will wrap up with some orange and cardamom Madeleines with white chocolate dip
Skills you will acquire:
You won't have to bring anything with you, all equipment and ingredients are included. In addition, you'll take home what you've been baking on the day!
