In this workshop you will learn how to train your palate and taste buds in order to successfully match food and wine. Under the guidance of our Chef and wine specialist, you will gain a better understanding of the interaction between food and wine.
By the end of the session you will understand how to design a canapé menu that is perfectly matched with wine.
Included in Le Cordon Bleu canapés and wine pairing demonstration is:
- Mini wine lecture
- Tasting of 4 savoury and 2 sweet canapés with a selection of wines
At the end of the demo and tasting you will be given a recipe pack to take away with you.
