At the end of the course you will have water kefir grains to ferment at home as well as recipes and the knowledge and confidence to experiment further. In this workshop we’ll forage at a local woods, and upon returning to our kitchen, you’ll learn how to store them and try a variety of dishes, cooked by our chef. Join this half-term class and learn how to create wonderful and delicious sushi art, accompanied with Japanese tea. This class is a great way to spend an afternoon with your child in a hands-on, fun and creative environment that will have you rushing back for more! In this class Students will make the savoury part of the sushi, consisting of 2 to 3 different types. These will include small 'temari' sushi balls.
