I learnt a tremendous amount of information about Tea. Joyce is a natural teacher and she has so much knowledge of the tea industry that she ties in her own work experience to make her classes engaging and interesting. You come away from the classes, very inspired to learn as much as you can about the tea industry. The venue was also great as we had a professional tearoom set up for all the tastings. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to know more about the industry and to appreciate how to Brew and Taste different types of teas correctly.
