Barbecue is popular food party in Asian. Do you know the difference in Chinese, Japanese and Korean style.
In China, it is commonly seen meat and vegetables on bamboo skews and roasted on charcoal.
In the other hand, Yakiniku in Japanese, meat cut into bite size and cooked on grill. It is usually plain meat dipping into sauce or brush sauce on while cooking.
But Korean will marinate meat first then to grill. It is collectively called Gogi Gui. And Bulgogi is the most common type.

Oriental Food is a small shop selling cooking ingredients mainly focused on Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The shop is not big enough to be a one-stop shopping destination.
