What happens in this class?

Come down and get your hands dirty in this Terrarium making workshop. Grace & Thorn provide everything from the vessel to the succulents, showing you the steps to create your own miniature garden to take home with you.

Terrarium making is not just a skill, its an art. In the Grace & Thorn workshops, you will:

  • Enjoy your own mini ecosystem - perfect if you, like most Londoners, don't have a garden.
  • Bring a bit of nature into your home
  • Enjoy a social evening doing something a bit different
Things to remember

No need to bring anything - but feel free to bring your own totebag or something to take your Terrarium home in! Oh, and a cheeky glass of fizz will be provided on arrival (soft drinks available too)!

Great workshop and great location! The class was really well explained and we came away with some great terrariums!

Really fun workshop and evening. Jess was super knowledgeable about succulents, their required environments and advice on what to buy if you want to make your own again. There was a great range of cacti to choose from and it was a lot of fun creating our own terrarium styles. The prosecco was lovely too and in keeping with the desert theme, we weren't over watered. 😄

Professional, relaxed and fun! Welcomed with a glass of fizz, I was soon put at ease by the lovely workshop leader from Grace and Thorn. The demonstration was simple and helpful, and there was a great variety of materials to use to create a unique terrarium. So pleased with the result!
