Taught over two full days using the popular Emery Dress pattern, you'll learn to make a beautiful, well-fitting dress in the fabric of your choice. First, our teacher, Charlotte Newland, will coach you through the process of taking accurate measurements, making pattern adjustments and creating a muslin to ensure your dress will fit and flatter your body. Next, you'll cut into your special fabric and sew your new favourite dress with Charlotte's expert guidance.
Please note that this pattern ranges from American sizes 0-18 and you can find the measurements for those sizes on the Emery size chart. Unfortunately if your measurements fall outside of this range, this class won't be suitable for you. It is possible to arrange a private fitting class instead and you can contact us at email@example.com for more information.
About your teacher: Charlotte Newland is an accomplished dressmaker, quilter and all-round crafter. She is the winner of The Great British Sewing Bee 2016 and her quilts have received awards at QuiltCon and the Blogger's Quilt Festival. We ensure quality. If your class doesn't reach your expectations, we'll give your money back.
