This beginner hand-build ceramic workshop is about getting your creativity out. You will learn the different techniques of hand-building :
Basic wedging - The class will begin with the clay preparation
Coiling technique - Clay is rolled by hand and stretched. A traditional technique use to build taller items such as planters or vase.
Pinching/carving technique
During the class, you will make your own ceramic object (small vessel, candle holder, sculpture…). There is no limit in what you can build.
Your ceramic will then be left to dry in our studio and Natcha will fire and glaze them.
