What is the refund and rescheduling policy?
If we are given 7 or more days notice, we will reschedule you to future class.
If we are given 6 or less days notice, we are unable to offer you a refund or reschedule as this is not enough time to resell your place. We do however allow you to send any friend or family member of your choice to the class in your place.
We have a no refunds policy, due to our business being tiny! We hope you understand.
If I miss a class, can I have a catch up class?
We need you to be sure you can attend the 6 consecutive classes each week!
We can try to accommodate you as best we can as we usually have two simultaneous 6 week course classes running weekly (Mondays and Tuesdays at 6pm). We try to fill them up as best we can to our capacity, so if the classes are full, we will not be able to fit you in and you will have to miss that specific class. We suggest getting a friend or family member to fill your space for you if you cannot attend and we cannot put you in another class.
Can I lock my bike up or park my car at the studio?
Yes you can, we have parking outside our studio and bike stands outside too.

The 6 week foundational course is excellent! Firstly, my teacher Lenny is fabulous. She's very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The 6 weeks course goes through each of the foundational skills. You won't come out a master of any of them, but it opens your mind up to the possibilities. It also gives you a toolbox of terminologies and starting points from which you can further your practice should you choose to go to "open access". I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks course.

I have really enjoyed the 6 week course, I have learnt lots of different techniques and I found the classes to be really informative. The classes are for all levels and I met some lovely people! Would highly recommend :)

Lenny, my tutor, is the BEST! She is nice and patient, informative, and very helpful. She pays attention to everyone's work and provides just the right amount of help that doesn't take away the fun of making things but helps to solve the problem that I had to achieve what I want to make.

I had my first day at the 6 week course and loooovvveddd it. I already went for the taster day, and both have been amazing. We dived deep into all the basics of clay and ceramics, made a slip cast cup and a pinching cup. mel was amazing for both. thank you so much :))

Perfect environment for aspiring potters to start learning the craft. The 6 week foundation course was well structured, covering all aspects of ceramics, even a bit of slip casting. Lenny was knowledgeable, fun and welcoming and made us feel at home.

I've just completed the 6 weeks foundation on all ceramics techniques and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was really fun and relaxed and teachers are amazing. It's incredible how much you can learn and make in just a few sessions, the course is very comprehensive and I now feel confident to experiment more on my own and look forward to continue using the studio in open access.

I absolutely love these workshops! There's a great balance between learning and fun, we get guidance and knowledge, but then have freedom to explore and experiment. We're learning a variety of techniques so I can explore the more artistic ideas, while learning the basics as well. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in ceramics! And the team are just lovely, approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you!

The most amazing course I’ve ever attended!
Not as easy as it looks, but definitely fun. Mondays turned from one of the worst days of the week to being my favourite!
Stephanie has created a space for us to explore different techniques over the space of just 6 weeks, but this love for ceramics will last forever!

I really enjoyed the 6 weeks ceramics course and getting to try out various techniques how to create something out of clay. I liked an element of surprise in the end when trying to find my pieces after glazing, as the colours turn out completely different than expected! Furthermore I discovered a lot of new music while being on course and had fun and got inspiration from all in the group. If you are in doubt, just sign up and give it a go!:-)
